Shipping & Charges
General Conditions
We handle our shipments by German Post as standard.
Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes and packing stations.
Items not in stock at the time of shipment will not be forwarded unless by explicit customer request.
Shipment is at the risk of the recipient.
Prices / VAT
All prices are in EUR (€) including V.A.T, per sales unit, excluding shipment costs, from Dortmund.
If a valid USTid number is indicated for shipments within the EU, the invoice can be issued VAT-free (intra-community transaction). For shipment to countries outside the EU the invoice can be issued VAT-free.
Methods of Payment
For shipment within Germany there are the options of paying by cash on delivery or Paypal or money remit. Shipments within and outside the EU can be paid by Paypal or money remit only.
Discount
Depending on the quantity ordered we offer the following discount:
Minimum order value of € 70,-- 2% discount, minimum order value of € 200,-- 5 % discount, minimum order value of € 350,-- 8 % discount.
Special offers are not discountable.
We offer our wholesales customers even more affordable prices!

Delivery Time
Delivery times indicated below are standard values that cannot be guaranteed. We assume no liability for delivery delays and consequential damage.
Shipping Costs Germany
Standard Shipment (delivery time 1 – 3 working days from shipment)
Depending on weight, the costs for standard shipment are:
€ 5,50 for packages up to 2 kg
€ 7,50 for packages up to 10 kg
€ 13,50 for packages up to 20 kg
€ 17,50 for packages up to 31,5 kg
Express-Shipment (delivery time 24 hours from shipment)
In case of urgency we send by Express (german post express mail).
Depending on weight, the costs for EMS shipment are:
€ 15,50 for packages up to 2 kg
€ 23,50 for packages up to 10 kg
€ 28,50 for packages up to 20 kg
€ 40,50 for packages up to 31,5 kg
Extra-large Packages (bulky goods)
For items exceeding a length of 96 cm and for packages exceeding a total of 100 x 60 x 60 cm, the surcharge for bulky goods by standard shipment is € 6,00. The surcharge for bulky goods by Express shipment is € 8,70.
Maximum length 200 cm, maximum combined dimensions (length + circumference) 360 cm.
Attention: Our program is not able to calculate extra-large packages, you thus will see surcharge not in your order, only on your invoice.
Overweight Packages
For shipments exceeding the maximum weight accepted by Austrian Post (31,5 kg) we will contact the customer.
Payment by Cash on Delivery
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of € 4,20.
Shipping Costs EU
Standard Shipment (delivery time 2 – 5 working days from shipment)
Depending on weight, the costs for standard shipment are:
€ 12,60 for packages up to 2 kg
€ 18,50 for packages up to 5 kg
€ 24,50 for packages up to 10 kg
€ 35,50 for packages up to 20 kg
€ 46,50 for packages up to 31,5 kg
Extra-large Packages (bulky goods)
For items exceeding a length of 96 cm and for packages exceeding a total of 100 x 60 x 60 cm, the surcharge for bulky goods is € 17,40. Maximum length 200 cm, maximum combined dimensions (length + circumference) 330 cm.
